AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 14EST COVINA.,
CALIFORNIA, AM10ING SECTION 1903 OF.ORDINANCE.NO.325 ENTITLED
"THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1903 of Article 19, Subsections
(1), (2) and (3) of Ordinance No.325 of the City of 'Vest Covina,
known as t'The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance", be and the same is
hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"SECTION 1903: FILING FEES. The following fees shall
be paid upon the filing of an application.
(1) Reclassifications- Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
In those cases where more than one (1) record
lot is included, the above fee for reclassification shall
apply to the first lot or portion thereof, and there shall
be an additional fee of One ($1.00) Dollar for each ,addi-
tional lot or portion thereof; provided, however that where
the property involved has not been subdivided into lots of
less than one (1) acre, the additional fee shall be Three
($3.00) Dollars for each additional acre or portion thereof.
(2) Variance - Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
In those cases where more than one (1) record
lot is included, the above fee for reclassification shall
apply to the first lot or portion thereof, and there shall
be an additional fee of One ($1.00) Dollar for each addi-
tional lot or portion thereof; provided, however that where
the property involved has not been subdivided into lots of
less than one (1) acre, the additional fee shall be Three

thereof.
(3) Precise Plans- Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars.
(4) Amendment- No Fee.
(5) Conditional or Unclassified Use Permits -
Twenty -five ($25.00) Dollars.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
days from the passage thereof, shallnthe same to be posted with, --
the names of the members voting for and against the same in three
places within the City, in the manner required by the laws and
ordinances in the City of West Covina, and thirty (30) days after
the final passage thereof said Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
. at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina, held on the 22nd day of November,1954, by the affirmative

ENTITLED 'THE COMPREHU6IVE ZONING ORDINANCE'f, in three public
places in said City, to wit: One at the Police Office, 1444 West
Garvey Boulevard, one in front of the West Covina School House,
and one at the northwest corner of Puente Street and Lark Ellen
Boulevard.
