AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OIL' WEST COVINA
FIXING TIC; TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING MEETINGS OF SAID CITY COUNCIL
OF SAID CITY OF WEST COVINA.
TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVIN.A DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That all meetings of the City Council of said City
of West Covina shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of
each and every calendar month at the hour of eight o'clock P.M.
• SECTION 2. All meetings of said City Council shall be held in
the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of West Covina and
which Council Chamber is otherwise known as the auditorium situate
in the City Hall of said City of West Covina, and which City Hall is
situate at 1444 West Garvey Boulevard in said City of West Covina.
SECTION 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the
passage thereof, shall cause the same to be posted with the names of
the members voting for or against the same in three places within the
City of West Covina, in the manner required by law, and thirty (30)
days from and after the final passage thereof said ordinance shall
atake effect and be in force.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the .City of West Covina, held
on the 14th clay of January, 1953, by the affirmative vote of at least
three•Councilmen, to wit:

January, 1953, he posted three copies of ORDINANCE NO. 236 of the City of
West Covina, California, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING 1TIETINGS OF SAID
CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY OF WEST COVINA," in three public places in said
City, to wit: One at the Police Office, 1.444 West Garvey Boulevard, one in
front of.the West Covina School House, and one at the northwest corner of
Puente Street and Lark Ellen Boulevard.
