• he is the City Clerk for the City of West Covina, California, and a citizen

of the United States, over the age of 21 years; that on the 30th day of
December, 1952, he posted three copies of ORDINANCE NO. 234 of the City of
West Covina, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CAL IFORNIA,
CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS SERVICE
AVENUE AND CORTEZ STREET, EXTENDING IN A GENERAL EASTERLY DIRECTION FROM A
JUNCTION WITH AZUSA AVENUE IN SAID CITY AND ESTABLISHING THE SAME AS CORTEZ
STREET" in three public places in said City, to wit: One at the Police
Office, 1444 West Garvey Boulevard, one in front of the West.Covina School
House, and one at the northwest corner of Puente Street and Lark Ellen
,Boulevard.
