AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, CLASSIFYING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR ZONING PURPOSES AND ESTABLISHING SAID
PROPERTY IN ZONE R - 3 OF SAID CITY AS DEFINED IN ORDINANCE NO.
147 OF SAID CITY. (WILLIAM J. KIRKENDALL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the written request of the owners of
the hereinafter described real property, and -upon the recommendation
of the Planning Commission of the City of West Covina, said real
property is hereby changed from Zone R --A and re-established as
a district in Zone R - 3 under the provisions of Ordinance No. 147
of the City of West Covina, known as the Zoning Ordinance, adopted
January 21, 1948; and from and after the effective date of this
ordinance said real property shall become and be a portion of the
district as herein indicated, said Ordinance No. 147 and the Zoning
Map being hereby amended accordingly. Said real property and the
zone into which it is hereby reclassified and re-established is
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at southeast corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. 10330;�

Los Angeles County changed from Zone R - A to Zone R - 3.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from the Passage thereof, shall cause the same to be posted with

the names of the members voting for and against the same in three
places within the city, and thirty (30) days from and after the -
final passage thereof said Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force in the manner required•by the laws and ordinances in the
City of West Covina.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina on the loth day of September, 1952, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit::
