AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-M CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIAo CLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR ZONING PUR-
POSES AND ESTABLISHING SAID PROPERTY IN ZONES R - 2 AND C - 1
OF SAID CITY AS DEFINED IN ORDINANCE NO. 147 OF SAID CITY,
ADOPTED JAIvUARY 21911948. (FRANK H. BA0Y).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the written request of the owner
of the hereinafter described real property, and upon the rec-
ommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of West
Covina, said real property is hereby changed from Zone R - A
and re—established as a district in the respective zones set
forth hereinbelow under the provisions of Ordinance No. 147
of the City of nest Covina, known as the Zoning Ordinance,
adopted January 21, 1948, and from and after the effective
date of this ordinance said real property shall become and be
a portion of the districts as herein indicated. Said real
property and the respective zones into which it is hereby re-
classified and re-established is more particularly described
as follows:
Lots 1 to 9 inclusive of Tract No. 17325 as shown on
map recorded in Book 430, pages 10 and 11, records in
the office of the County recorder of Los Angeles
County, changed from Zone R - A to Zone R - 2.
Lots 10 and 11 of Tract No. 17325 as shown on map re-
corded in Book 430, pages 10 and 11, records in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,

changed from Zone R - A to Zone C - 1.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
days from the passage thereof, shall cause the same to be
posted with the names of the members voting for and against
the same in three places within the city, and thirty (30) days
from and after the final passage thereof said Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force in the manner required by the laws
and ordinances in the City of Ifest Covina.
I BERFEBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina on the 9th '.day. of July, 1952, by the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
