AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DES-
IGNATING A CERTAIN AREA ON THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AS BEING
AVAILABLE FOR SPECIFIED TYPES OF ZONED USES IN ACCORDANCE WITH
A.CERTAIN OFFICIAL PLAN HEREBY APPROVED AND ADOPTED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION l.. That certain map)or plan, designated as t"Plan C1', attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for a; designed commercial
center located on Badillo Street between Orange Avenue and the westerly
limits of the City of West Covina be; and the same is hereby adopted and'.
approved as an official Precise Plan, pursuant to the provisions of
S'ection 14,. paragraph At, subparagraph 1 (c )! of Ordinance No. 147 of the
C.ity-of West Covina, known as the Zoning Ordinance, adopted January 21.,
0 1948, as amended, with the fifty (50) feet additional depth for parking
purpos.es on the southerly edge of said plan and with the provision for
future redesign of the parking area -on the southerly side of Badillo
Street therein.
SECTION R., That use of said plan be and the same is hereby authorized
and that a variance be and the same is hereby granted in accordance with
the provisions of said Ordinance No. 147 to permit the use of each res-
pective portion of the territory shown on said map: or plan for C-2; pur-
pos.es,, in strict conformity with the said Official Precise Plan as
'herein adopted.
.9 SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after thirty
(301 days after its passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15),
days after its passage it shall be posted with the names of the members;
voting for and against the same, in three places within the city, in the
manner required by the laws and ordinances. of the City of West Covin&.
