AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301 OF ORDINANCE
#147 BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP.
The City Council of the City of best Covina does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 3.1 of Ordinance #147 is
hereby amended by adding thereto as a ' part of the
Zoning Map of the City of West Covina, Subsection
(k) of Section 3.1 of Ordinance #147 to read as
• follows:
Section 3.1 changes in the boundaries and class-
ifications of the Zoning Map of the City of West
Covina.
(k) Each respective portion of the
territory on the map hereinafter in this sub-
section here set forth be and the same is hereby
excepted from the_ particular zone in which such
respective portion thereof has otherwise been
placed and designated by the provisions of this
Ordinance, and each such respective; portion of
said territory is hereby placed in and granted
a variance for use as equestrian exhibition grounds
and recreational area when conducted for non-
commercial purposes.
Section 2, The City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this ordinance and the same
shall take effect 30 days from the date of its
adoption, and prior to 15 days after its passage

voting for and against the same, in three places
within the City, in the manner required by the
