AN ORDIIN.ANCE A?NDING SECTION 3.1 OF
ORDIN�%NCE #1.47 I r A4..'rENDING THE ZORTII?G LIAR.
The City Council of the City of .'lest Covina
does ordain as follows::
Section 1. Section 3.1 of Ordinance ,-,147
is hereby amended by adding thereto as a part
of the Zoning Mlap of the City of West Covina,
Subsection ( j) of Section 3.1 of Ordinance #147
to read as follows:.
biection 3.1 changes in the boundaries and
classifications of the Zoning reap of the City
of e e st Covina..
(j) Each respective p of t i on of the
territory on the map hereinafter in this sub-
section here set forth be, and the same is hereby
excepted from the particular zone in i1,-hich such
respective portion thereof has otrerwise been
placed and designated by the provisions of t?-_is
section, and each such respective portion of
said territory is hereby placed in and granted
a variance for use an as office, business or
professional, upon the condition that such
office occupatictls be conducted wholly riithin
the 'wilding.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this ordinance and the same
shall take effect 30 days from the date of its
adoption, and prior to 15 days after its passage
it shall be posted with names of the members
voting for and against the sane, in three places
within the City,, in the manner required by the
la�,ls and ordinances of the City of ',`Test Covina.
