Ordinance - 191ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING NO. 31 AND PROVIDING FOR THE MINIMUM FRONTAGE IN THE "A" ZONE. The City Council of West Covina do ordain as follows:: Section 1:: Ordinance #31, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the. creation in the City of West Covina of Zones consisting of various districts and prescribing the classes of buildings, structures and improvements in the said several zones, and the uses thereof" is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 3: BUILDING SITE AREA REQUIRED: (a) The minimum building site area for each single family dwelling shall. be 7500 square feet.. (b) No building site area shall be -less than 60 feet in width. (c) Building -site area as used in this Ordinance shall mean any parcel of real property whether designated by lot. or described by metes and bounds where the same is shown as a unit upon the Tax Rolls.. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passa-ge of this Ordinance and the same shall become effective thirty days after its passage amd before the expiration of fifteen days after its passage it shall be posted, with the names' of the members voting for and against the same,, in three places within the City, in the manner required by the laws and ordinances of the City of West Covina.- BERT C.
