ORDINANCE # 189
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 147 BY AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP.
The City Council of the City of West Covina
do ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 147
is hereby amended by changing the Zones and
Boundaries of a portion of the Zoning Map
attached thereto and made a part of Section _3
of Ordinance No. 147, so that such portion of
• the Zoning Map shall be as shown on the Map
attached hereto, adopted hereby and made a
part hereof.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this Ordinance and the same
shall become -effective thirty days after its
passage and before the expira,t-iron .-of fifteen
days after its passage it shall be posted
with the names of the members voting for and
against the same, in three places within the
city, in the manner required by the laws and
ordinances of the City -of Test Covina.

the City of West Covina _Wd over the age of 21
years; that on the 'y day of February, 1950,
he posted three copies of Ordinance #1.89 of
the City of West Covina entitled "AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE.NO'.. 147'BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP" in three public places in said
City, to wit; One at, the Police Office, 361 West
Garvey_ Boulevard, one in front of the West Covina
School House and one at the Northwest corner of
Puente Street and Lark Ellen Boulevard.
