AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 147 BY ADDING A NEW USE TO BE PERMITTED
IN THE "R-3" ZONE.
The City Council of the City of !ffest Covina do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 7 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of ',Nest Covina, being Ordinance No.
147, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new
use to be permitted in the "R-3" multiple Family
Zone, to read as follows:
S13. A real estate office when conducted by
the occupant of the premises as a home occupation
and the same is housed wholly within a dwelling,
and, provided further that no exterior lighting
shall be permitted, nor assistants employed.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and the same shall be-
come effective thirty days after its passage and
before the expiration of fifteen days after its
passage it shall be posted with the names of the
members voting for and against the same, in three
places within the city, in the manner required by
the laws and ordinances of the City of West Covina.
