AN ORDINANCE AMENTDING ORDINANCE #31. ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION IN THE CITY OF 1,7EST COVINA OF
ZONES CONSISTING OF VARIOUS DISTRICTS AND PRESCRIBING THE
CLASSES OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND IE7ROITEMENTS IN THE SAID
SEVERAL ZONES AND USES THEREOF" BY ADDING THERETO A NEW
SECTION TO BE NUMBERED SECTION 2.71.
The pity Council of the City of :vest Covina do ordain. as,
follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance #31 entitled "An Ordinance providing
• for the Creation in the City of West Covina of Zones consist-
ing of various Districts and prescribing the classes of
buildings, structures, and improvements in the said several
zones and uses thereof" is hereby amended by adding thereto -
a new section to be numbered Section 2..71.
SECTION 2.7: The following described portion of the
City of jest Covina is hereby declared to be no longer
"All Zone, and is created as and declared to be "A 3 Zone."
All that property within the City of blest
Covina lying and described as follows:
Lots A, 1, 10, and 12, and the portion of
Lot 11 not included in Tract ,#103301 of
Tract No.. 2371, as per map recorded irr Book
23, Pages 98 and 99 of Maps., in the office of
the County Recorder, Los Angeles, California.
Lots 1, 2, 3, Q, 5, 6,and 29 of Tract #10330
as per map recorded in Book 161, Pages 22-31
of Mapsj. in the office of the County Recorder,
Los Angeles, California.
