AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA PROVID-
ING FOR THE PUNISH10-,NT OF MISDEMEANORS WHEN NOT
OTHERWISE PRESCRIBED.
The City Council of the City of sliest Covina do ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Except in cases where a different punish-
ment is precribed by any Ordinance of the City of West Covina,
every offense declared to be a Misdemeanor is punishable by
imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year, or by fine not exceed-
ing One Thousand Dollars ($19000.00) or by both.
