AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 33,
8019O,llO OF THE CITY bF MST COVINA.
The City Council of the City of West Covina do ordain as
follows-:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 33, Ordinance No. 809 Ordinance
No. 90 and Ordinance No. 110 each entitled, AN ORDINANCE AMMND-=
ING ORDINANCE N0. 31, entitled, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
CREATION IN THE CITY OF ?qEST COVINA OF ZONES CONSIST12TG OF
VARIOUS DISTRICTS AND PRESCRIBING THE CLASSES OF BUILDINGS,
STRUCTURES AND IMPROMffENTS IN THE SAID SEVERAL ZONES AND THE
USPS THEREOF," are hereby repealed by reason of the failure to
make the improvements thereon prescribed in the Ordinance
granting the variance.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in three
of the most public places in the City of ?Nest Covina, to -wit: at
the Police Office, 361 West Garvey Blvd., one in front of the
West Covina School House and one at the northwest corner of
Puente Street and Lark Ellen Blvd., and said Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect thirty days from and after the date of
posting.
