ORDINANCE NO. 1.019
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31, ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TIfi CRhATION IN THE
CITY OF VFEST COVINA, OF ZONES CONSISTING OF VARI-
OUS DISTRICTS AND PRESCRIBING THE CLASSES OF BUILD-
INGS, STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SAID SEV-
ERAL ZONES .AND THE USES THEREOF BY ADDING THERETO
A NE 9 SECTION TO BE N 11ilBERED SECTION 21.
The City Council of . the City of tritest Covina do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 31, entitled "An Ordinance pro-
viding for the creation in the City of Nest Covina, of zones
consisting of various districts and prescribing the classes of
building, structures and improvements in the said several pnes,
and the uses thereofT', is hereby amended by adding thereto a
new section to be numbered Section 21, and to read as follows:
SECTION 21: The following described portion of the City
of ?Vest Covina is hereby created as and -declared to be in the
B Zone:
The Northeasterly 150 feet of the Northwesterly 87 feet of
the 314 feet of the Northeasterly 2 of Lot 95 of E. J.
Baldwin's Second Subdivision of a portion of the'Rancho
La Puente, as per map recorded in Book 7, Page 7 of Paps,
records of said County of Los Angeles, being the land
conveyed to Lee Roy Erwin and Margaret Erwin by deed re-
corded July 24, 1946, in Book 23470, page 374, of Official
Records, records of said County of Los Angeles.
and it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon an -electric
distribution substation in accordance with plans and specifica-
tions filed herewith.
