CITY'OF WEST COVINA, CALIF.
AN ORDINANCE 1^ IMNDING ORDINANCE #31(ZONING ORDINANNCE) BY ADDING
A NEW SECTION "24
SECTION#1 Ordinance -31 entitled "an ordinance providing for the
erection in the City of West Covina of zones consisting of
various districts and prescribing the classes of buildings,
structures and improvements in the said several zones and.the uses
thereof" is hereby amended by adding a new section to be. numbered
section 24 and to read as follows.
The following described portion of the City of `hest Covina Calif.
is hereby created and declared to be in the "B" zone.
PARCEL "B"- That Portion of Lot 1, Tract 2371, M. B. 23p9, 98-99.
Commencing at Station 193+ 71.86'(Garvey Avenue)), then 55' South to propose
South Right of Way of the service road, West along the 800't-Radius curve
to B.C. of curve then 50' along tangent, then 75' in a southerly direction,
This varience is granted for the 'purpose of erecting a building
to be used as a lawn 'furniture and novelty store in accordance with
plans and specifications now on file with City of vVest Covina.
