AN 01RDINA1TCE AMENDING ORDI-T.,*�.NCE # 31 ( ZONING ORDINANCE) BY ADDING
A NEW SECTION '23.
SECTION 1-Crdinance , 31 entitled "an ordinance providing for the
erection in the City of West Covina of zones consisting of various
districts and prescribing the claEses of buildings, structures and
improvements in the said several zones and the uses thereof" is
hereby amended by adding a new section to be numbered section 23
and to read as follows.
The following described portion of the City of Nest Covina,"Calif.
ie hereby created and declared to be in the "B" zone.
All of lots 61 and 62 in Tract 11502 in the City of West Covina,
Calif. This variance is granted for the purpose of erecting a
business and store building in accordance with plans and
specific,itions 'on file with - the City of west Covina.
