An ordinance amending Ordinance # 31 (-Zoning Oxdin#i.be)
by addinf, a new section numbered section # 19
Section 1- ' Ordinance # 31 entitled "an ordinance providing for the
creation in the City of ',West CovinaCa-lifornia of zones- consisting
of various districts and prescribing the classes of buildings,
structures and imptovements in the said several zones and the usee
thereof",is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be
numbered Section # 19 and to read as follows*
The following described portion of the City of West Covina,California
ist h reby created as and declared to be I I n the "B" zone.
# 930 North of the 7.Flood Control.as per map recorded in Book
17 Page 38 of maps in office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles,
County also known as 115 feet frontage on Garvey Ave.East 1/2 of
• Lot #74 North of Flood Control.
And it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon buildings to
be used as'a motor court to conform with the plans and specifications
on file with the city clerk of thei City of 707est Covina,,,,California.
