The City Council of the City of ,.jest Covina do ordain as
follows:
-Sec. 1: Ordinance No. 31 entitled "An ordinance providing
for the creation in the City of West Covina of zones consisting
of various districts and prescribing the classes of buildings,
T structures and improvements in the said several zones, and the
uses thereof" is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section
to be numbered Sec. , and to read as follows:
The following described portion of the City of vilest Covina
is hereby created as and declared to be in the B zone.
Th6se portions of Lots 4 and 5 in the Reichard Tract, in
the. City of vest Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, as shown on map recorded in book 10, page 121 of Maps, in
the office of the Recorder of said County, within the following
. described boundaries:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence
along the northerly line of the land described in Certificate of
Title kao. P-8170 on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles
of said County, North 870 311 ffest 247.83 feet to the true point
of beginning: thence continuing North 870 31' 30" West 247.83
feet to the northwest corner of said land; thence along the
westerly line of said land South 40 54' ,nest 762.07 feet to a
line that is parallel with and distant 87.00 feet northerly at
right angles from the Southerly line of said Lot 4, said parallel
line being the southerly line of the land described in Certific-
ate of Title No. NC-8419 on file in the offfice of said Registrar
thence along said parallel line South 880 56' S0" East 223.86
feet to a point distant Worth 880 561 3011 west 247.26 feet from
the intersection of said parallel line with the Easterly line of
said Lot 4; thence north 40 55' 2011 East 756.54 feet to the true
point of beginning.
And it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon
buildings to be used as a Iviotor Court but not as a Trailer
Court to conform with the plans and specifications or2 file with
the city clerk of the City of West Covina.
