THE CREATION IN THE, CITY OF WEST COVINR OF ZONES CONSISTING OF VARIOUS
DISTRICTS,AND,PRESCRIEING THE CLASSES OF BUIMING STRUCTURES AITD IMPROVMMNTS
IN THE SAID SEVERAL ZONES AND THE USES THEREOF" BY ADDING THERETO. A NEW
SECTION TO BE NUMBERED SECTION L7:0
The. City Council of the City of City of hest Covina, do ordain as follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 31 enti-tled "an ordinance providing for the creation
in the City of West Covina of zones consisting of various districts and
prescribing the classes of buildings ,structures and improvements in the said
several zonee and the uses thereof"",is hereby emended by adding thereto a
new section to be numbered Section.,no. 17 and is to read as follows:
The following described portion of the City of 'lest Covina is hereby created
as and declared to be in the "B" zone:
Lot 2,Tract 12907,Book of Maps 244,pa.ges 16 and 17 official records of
Los Angeles County, Cal iforni a. and it shall be lawful to erect and maintain
thereon a store building provided that the said building is to be up and react'
for use within six months from the date of the passage of this ordinance # 11 '
namely June 27 1945. and futher provided that there will not be at any time
an ttneightly storing or packing of crates,boxes,merchandise or material of
any kind on the outside of the said store building. It is understood that
the said store building is to be erected in accordance with the plane and
specifications now on file with the City Council of Test Covina., California,
also that there 'be no advertising structure or signs other than, advertising
signs structures and devices used for outdoor advertising which shall indi-
cate the person occupying the premises,the business conducted on the premises
or the goods sold on the premises and shall contain -no other advertising
matter.
