The City Council of the City of West Covina do ordain as follovra:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 31 entitled " an ordinance providing for
the creation in the City of "Pest Covina of zones consisting of
vat-ious-districts and prescribing the classes of buildinge,structures
and" improvments in the said 6evera.l zones and theuses thereof," is
hereby emended by adding thereto a new section to be numbered n
Section No. 16 `',and is to read as follows;
® The following described portion of the City of ',Vest Covina is hereby
created as and declared to be 'in the EBB" zone;
gote 8 and 9 and the easterly 10feet` of _Lost 7,Traet 13166 Book 252
pages, 48 and 49 of maps in official record of Los Angeles County.
and it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon a motor -court
hotel in accordan ce with the plans and specifirations now on file
with the City Council of the City of lest Covina,California and to
use and operate therein such equipment as shall be necessary to carry
on said motor hotel.
