ORDINANCE NO.90.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.31
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
CREATION -IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, OF
ZONES CONSISTING OF VARIOUS DISTRICTS AND
PRESCRIBING THE CLASSES OF BUILDINGS,
STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SAID
SAID SEVERAL ZONES, AND THE USES THEREOF'
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION TO BE
NUMBERED SECTION 14.
The City Council of the City of West Covina do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 31, entitled an ordinance providing
for the creation in the City of nest Covina of zones consisting
of various districts and prescribing the classes of buildings,
structures and improvements in the said several zones, and the
uses thereof' is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section
to be numbered Section No. 14, and to read as follows;
The following described portion of the City of West Covina
is hereby created as and declared to be in the B zone;
Lot No. 31, Tract 11231, Book 50, page 198 of the Maps and
records of Los Angeles County;
and it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon a building
to be used as a restaurant, said building to conform with the
plans and specifications on file with the City Council of the
City of West Covina, and to use and operate therein the equipment
necessary to operate said restaurant,

front of the West Covina School House, one a� 1843.`West State High-
way, same being the place where the regular meetings of the City
Council are held,
and one at the Northwest corner of Puente Street
and Lark Ellen Blvd.
