AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, COMTTY OF LOS
ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REGULATING SANITARY PLUMBING
AND HOUSE DRAINAGE IN.TFIE CITY OF WEST COVINA AND PRESCRIB-
ING THE CONDITIONS UNDER MICH PLMIBING MAY BE CARRIED ON
THEREIN.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
Section 1, The Plumbing Code of the

Covina, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code
Covina.
Section 2. Said Plumbing Code shall regulate sanitary plumb-
ing and house drainage in the City of West Covina, and shall pre-
scribe the conditions under which plumbing shall be carried on
therein.
Section 3. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, pen-
alties, conditions and terms of said Los Angeles County Plumbing
Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if =
fully set forth in this ordinance.
Section 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the appli-
cation thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the
remainder of the ordinance and the application of such provision
to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 5. �aew Series Ordinance No. and all other or-
dinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 6, The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pasted in three
public places in the City or' West Covina as required by City Ordin-
ance, and thirty days thereafter the same shall take . effect and be
in force.
