AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REGULATING THE INSTALLATION,
ARRANGMIENT, ALTERATION, REP -AIR, USE AND OPERATION OF
ELECTRICAL WIRING CONNECTIONS, FIXTURES AND OTHER ELECT
TRICAL.APPLIANCES iN BUILDINGS AIID OTHER STRUCTURES WITH-
IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA.
The City Council of the City of West Covina,does ordain as
follows:
Section 1, The Electrical Code of
as printed on pages 396 to 4017 inclusive

the City of West Covina,

Section 2, Said Electrical Code shall regulate the installa-
tion, arrangement, alteration, repair, use and operation of elec-
trical wiring, connections, fixtures and other electrical appliances
in buildings and other structures within the City of West Covina.
Section 3. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, pen-
alties, conditions and terms of said Los Angeles County Electrical
Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth in this ordinance.
Section 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the applica-
tion thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the re-
mainder of the ordinance and the application of such provision to
other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 5, New Series Ordinance No. 135 and all other ordin-
ances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this ordinance, and cause the same to be posted in
three public places in the City or West Covina as required by City
Ordinance, and thirty days thereafter the same shall take effect
and be in force.
