AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31 ENTITLED"
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION IN THE
CITY OF 1;?TEST COVINA, OF ZONES CONSISTING OF VARIOUS
DISTRICTS AND PRESCRIBING THE CLASSES OF BUILDINGS,
STRUCTU:IES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SAID SEVERAL
ZONES, AND THE USES THEREOF" BY ADDING THERETO A NEW
\SECTION TO BE NUMBERED SECTION 11.
The City Council of the City of West Covina do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 31, entitled "An Ordinance providing
for the creation in the City of West Covina, of zones consisting of
various districts and prescribing the classes of buildings, structues
and improvements in the said several zones, and the uses thereof",
is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section'to be numbered
Section 11, and to read as follows:
SECTION 11: The following described portion of the City of dVest
Covina i. hereby created as and declared to be in the B Zone:
and it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon a gasoline
service station to conform with the plans and specifications on file
with the City Council of the City of West Covina and to use and
operate therein such equipment as shall be necessary to carry on
said service station.

OF A SET BACK LINE ON STATE HIGHWAY AND OTHER STREETS OF WEST COVINA'
AND ALSO REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70 ENTITLED, 'AN ORDINANCE OF THE —
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 68 ENTITLED
' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA ORDERING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A SET BACK LINE ON STATE HIHGWAY AND OTHER STREETS ON WEST COVINA'",
in three public places in said City, to -wit: one at 1843 'Vest State
Highway, West Covina, the same being the place where the regular
meeting of the City Council of said City are held, one on Sunset Avenue
in front of �VeEt Covina School House, and one at the Northwest corner
of Puente Street and Lark Ellen Boulevard,
