USING BRIDGES AS CARRIERS .FOR PIPE.
The City Council of the `�'ity of Y�est Covina do ordain
,as fo110WS:
Section i. That the City of West" Co ing, b 7 le v y
a. charge against all persons, firms,, or corporations akinry
ase of any bridge within the boundaries of the City of 'v'1e.3t
Covina. as a. carrier for any gas pipe, eater pipe, or other con-
duit by attaching said ripe or conduit to said bridge or any
part thereof for the purpose of supporting said pipe or conduit;
said charge to be made in the folloviing amount per lineal foot
or pipe or conduit at-todhed to said bridges and shall be coilect-
ed yearly.
For all pipes or conduits under 4",-per lineal foot------35V
For all pipes or conduits of 4" or over, -per lineal ft.=--50V
