THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUPERINTENDENT.OF STREETS.P
The City Council of the City of hest Covina does or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. That the Superintendent of Streets shall
be employed by the month at a, salary of a160.00 per month foom
and. after February let, 19*9, and an additional gum of 1,14.00
per day for each team whau in use.

citizen of the United States and over the age of 21 ears t t he
is the Clerk of the City of West Covina and that on Us Iday
of February, 1929, he posted three copies of Ordinance o. en-
titled "an ordinance amending Section 3 of ordinance No.7, entitled
,,an ordinance providinngg for the appointment of a Su erintendent of
streets", in three ubiic places in the said City to -wit: one at
• the door of the Wes Covina Club House, the same teing the place
where the meetings of the Council of the said city are held, one
on Sunset Avenue in front of the Vest Covina School House and one
at the north -crest corner of Puente Street and Lark Ellen Boulevard.
