Ordinance - 41• • • ORDINANCE NO. 4-f AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR MMICIPAL PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OY 1628-1929. The City Council of the City of West Covina do ordain as follows: Section 1: That it is hereby declared and d-6termined that the sum of 03 dill 'be required to pay the :,cost and expense of maintaining the City of ".'*.!est Covina during t1le fiscal year 194230-1929.
