Ordinance - 37• • ►, I - 44�.o AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DUMPING OF JUNK OR RUBBISH ON PRIVATE PROPERTY The City Council of the City of West Covina Does Ordain as Follows: Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to r'durap" or deposit, or cause to be dumped or deposited any junk such as tin cans, wire, old auto parts or any debris or waste public or A_ material of any nature on any/private property within the limits of the City of West Covina, even though the same be near A wash, without first obtaining permission in writing from the owner of said property. Sec. 2.
