AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION
IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, OF ZONES'CONSISTING
OF VARIOUS DISTRICTS AND PRESCRIBING THE CLASSES
OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN
THE SAID SEVERAL ZONES, AND THE USES THEREOF"
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION TO BE NUMBERED

do ordain as follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 31, entitled "An Ordinance
providing for the creation in the city of West Covina, of
Zones consisting of various districts and prescribing
the classes of buildings, structures and improvements in
the said several zones, and the uses thereof," is hereby
amended by adding thereto a w section to be numbered
Section 109and to read as follows:
Section 10: The following described portion of
the City of West Covina is hereby created as and declared
to be in the B Zone:
" Beginning at a point on the north line of lot
two (2) of the Eugene Riggins subdivision of
the Hathaway Tract 100 f-eet wrest of the west
property line of Orange Avenue; thence west
one hundred (100)-feet; thence south two hun-
dred (200) feet; thence east one hundred (100)
feet; thence north two hundred (200) feet to
the point of beginning;
and it shall be lawful to erect and maintain thereon a cabinet
shop and planing mill, and to use and operate therein such
machinery a�� ece

days of August, 1927 he posted three copies, of Ordinance No.33
entitled "all ordinance amending ordinance ,:0.31 , entitled. " an
