The Board of 'Trustees of the City of West Covina do
ordain as follows:
Section 1: The Board of trustees of vest Covina does
hereby grant permission to the Board of Supervisors of the _County
of Los Angeles, State of California, to enter upon and use the
following portions of the following named streets within the city
limits of the City of West Covina for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining the same, to wit:
q1,,,.� ARROYO AVENUE, from Glendora Avenue to Orange Avenue;
.. IR:w !JD4ZZ ATL117L , from Puente Avenue to Arroyo Avenue;
• PULig2E AVENUE, from Irwindale Avenue to Vincent Avenue;;
GL12NDOR.�BOULEVARD, from Northerly to Southerly boundary;
provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to
be, a grant of any right, power or permission to the said 'Board of
Supervisors to grant any franchise, right of way, or right, for any
purpose whatsoever, upon, along, over or under any of the said streets,
avenues cr boulevards, or arty portion thereof.
Section 2: The city clerk of the City of ';lest COvib:a
shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same

the said ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after the date of said posting.
