The Board of Trustees of the City of Blest Covina do ordain
as follows:
Section 1; That Ordinance No. 15, entitled "An Ordinance
of the City of West Covina permitting the Board of. Supervisors of
the County of Los Angeles to use Certain Streets Within the City
Limits of the City of West Covina for the `}urpose of Constructing
and Maintaining the Same", adopted %4-_� �, 1923, be
and the same is hereby repealed.

ING AND EMPOWERING MQMT H. WILSON, CITY
ATTORNEY OF SAID CITY, TO ENTER INTO A STIPULA-
TION IN THE CAUSE NOW PENDING BEFORE THE
SUPERIOR COURT OF THE. STATE OF CALIFOBNIA, IN

WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable that the said City of
West Covina join in the stipulation hereinafter referred to, -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Emmet H. Wilson,
City Attorney of the City of West Covina, be, and he is hereby
authorized and empowered on behalf of said City, to sign and
enter into the stipulation hereto attached and file the same in
the above entitled action in the said Superior Court.

the county from the cities hereinafter named, between the llth
day of hay, 1922, and the lst day of September, 1923, inclusive,
under and by virtue of the provisions of that -certain act of the
legislature of the State of California commonly known, referred'
to and designated as the "Motor Vehicle Act"; that said sums to
be received and accepted by the several cities are as follows,

no/100 Dollars ($12,748.00), or any other sum received by the
County of Los Angeles, from the saO cities, or either of them,
