AN ORDINANCE OF'THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
PERMITTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELS TO USE CERTAIN
STREETS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE C ITY
OF WEST COVINA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CON-
STRUCTING AND MAINTAINING THE SAME.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina.do
ordain as follows:
Section l: The board of trustees of 'Jest Covina does
hereby grant permission to the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Los Angeles, State of California, to enter upon and
use the following portions of the following named streets
within the city limits of the city of nest Covina for the pur-
pose of constructing and maintaining the same, to wit:
ARROVO AVENUE, from Glendora Avenue to Orange Avenue;
IRWIXDALE AVENUE, from Puente Avenue to Arroyo Avenue;
PUENTE AVENUE, from Irwindale Avenue to Vincent Avenue;
G�LENDORA BOULEVARD, from Northerly to Southerly boundary
Section 2: The city clerk of the city of West Covina
Shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the
same to be posted in three public places in the said city, and.
the said ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after the date of said posting.

of the Unit d States over the age of twenty-one years; that
on the day of Svc c, , 1923 , _ he posted three copies
of Ordinance No. /,h C6f the City of e' st Covina, entitled "An
Ordinance of the City of West Covina Periiiitting the Board 'o f
Supervisors of the.County of Los Angeles to use certain streets
within the City Limits of the City of West Covina for the Purpose
of.Constructing and Maintaining the same," in three public
places in the said city, to wit, one at the door of the 'Nest
Covina Club House, the same being the place where the -regular
meetings of the board of trustees of the said city are.held,
one on Sunset Avenue in front of the West Covina School House,
and one at the northwest corner of Puente S reet and Lark Ellen
Boulevard.
