CALL TO ORDER — Meeting began at 7:05 p.m.

INTRODUCTION & PRESENTATION
Police Sergeant Munn led the training and informed the public on the steps to take should they
ever find themselves in an active shooter situation.

QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION
Residents expressed concerns regarding the correlation between mental health issues and the
prevalence of active shooters in society today. In addition, the public raised issues regarding the
protocol to follow if an active shooter situation were to occur in an unfamiliar location where the
exits are not readily accessible. Inquiries regarding carrying a concealed weapon (CCW) were
raised, as well as concerns regarding the lack of public awareness to their surroundings.
Police Sergeant Munn answered all public inquiries and addressed all concerns raised by residents
in attendance.
