INTRODUCTION
Deputy City Manager Laura Minnich opened and introduced the purpose of the City Council
District Formation Workshop at 6:40 p.m.
This meeting is a community workshop and not a Council meeting, however, the following
Councilmembers were present as members of the audience and members of the community.

Director Nikole Bresciani, Administrative Assistant Mira Roberts, Assistant City
Clerk Rosalia Butler and National Demographics Corporation Consultant Shalice
Tilton.
COMMUNITY DISTRICT FORMATION WORKSHOP
Brief overview of District Formations was presented by Deputy City Manager Minnich
Saturday October 12, 2017
Presentation of draft maps submitted or created to date was presented by National Demographics
Corporation (NDC) Consultant Shalice Tilton.
There was a brief break to allow the community members to review the submitted draft maps.
Community members commented and spoke in support/opposition of various maps presented.
ADJOURNMENT
The City Council District Formation Workshop adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
