MINUTES
INTRODUCTION
Deputy City Manager Laura Minnich opened and introduced the purpose of the Community
District Formation Workshop at 10:10 a.m.
This meeting is a community workshop and not a Council meeting, however, the following
Councilmembers were present as members of the audience and members of the community.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen James Toma and Lloyd Johnson
Staff present: Deputy City Manager Laura Minnich, City Attorney Kimberly Hall Barlow,
Police Lieutenant Ron Allen, Administrative Assistant Mira Roberts, and
National Demographics Corporation Consultant Doug Johnson.
COMMUNITY DISTRICT FORMATION WORKSHOP
Brief overview of District Formations was presented by Deputy City Manager Minnich
Presentation of draft maps submitted or created to date was presented by National Demographics

Corporation (NDC) Consultant Doug Johnson.
There was a brief break to allow the community members to review the submitted draft maps.
Community members commented and spoke in support of various maps presented.
ADJOURNMENT
The City Council District Formation Workshop adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
