CALL TO ORDER — .Mayor Warshaw called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order
at 6:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Corey Warshaw, Mayor Pro Tern Mike Spence
Councilmen Lloyd Johnson, James Toma, Tony Wu (arrived at 7:04 p.m.)
COMMUNITY BUDGET WORKSHOP
Introductory comments were presented by City Manager Chris Freeland.
Budget presentation and PowerPoint presentation was presented by Finance Director Christa
Buhagiar followed by budgetary comments by City Manager Freeland and staff.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Members of the public Phillip Moreno, Elsie Messman, Jim Grivich, Jerri Potras, Jefferson
DeRoux, Dave Stewart, and Shirley Buchanan commented and engaged in discussion with staff on
various budget items.
