Mayor Warshaw called to order the special closed session meeting of the West Covina City Council
at 6:02 p.m. in the City Hall Management Resource Center, Room 314 at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey
Avenue, West Covina, California.

REPORTING OUT
City Attorney Hall Barlow reported with a motion by Wu and second by Spence, the City Council
directed City Manager Freeland to extend the ENA with Singpoli Group LLC for an additional 90
days. The motion passed by a vote of 4-1 with Toma dissenting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Warshaw adjourned the meeting at 6:47 p.m.
