CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Toma called the Special Meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor James Toma, Mayor Pro Tern Warshaw
Councilmen Lloyd Johnson, Mike Spence, Tony Wu
INTRODUCTION
Mayor Toma announced that tonight is the first of four Town Hall meetings that will rotate through
the City over the next 12 months. Prior to public comments City staff will give presentations of
projects and programs in the area.

Jerri Potras, Fredrick Sykes, Lola Finley, Trudy Saltmarsh, Mario Benard, Elsie Messman, Herb
Redholtz, and Dana Sykes addressed the City Council under Oral Communications.
City Manager Freeland and City Council responded to public inquires.
Councilman Spence requested to agendize a discussion on Proposition 57.

Mayor Toma adjourned the meeting at 8:31 p.m.
