CALL TO ORDER — Mayor James Toma called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

Study Session
1) City Council Goals and Objectives - Study Session
Ray Patchett, of Patchett & Associates, facilitated the Strategic Plan Study Session by reviewing
the strategic planning and goal setting process with the City Council. City staff provided an
overview of the completed goals to date and also gave an update on the status of continuing goals,
including the impacts of fiscal challenges and the changeover in key personnel. After further
discussion between Mr. Patchett, City Council and City staff, City Council provided direction to
staff to bring back updated City Council goals and objectives for adoption at a future Council
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Toma adjourned the meeting at 4:27 p.m.
