City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

RECESS Mayor Herfert recessed the Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in order to
relocate to the Council Chambers to convene the regular City Council
meeting.
The City Council reconvened the Special Meeting at 10:05 p.m. with all
members present.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Herfert adjourned the meeting at 10:40 p.m.
