Mayor Pro Tern Sykes called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:40 p.m.
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Sykes commenced the closed session at 5:45 p.m. to
discuss the following matter(s):

REPORTING OUT City Attorney Alvarez-Glasman reported the City Council/Successor Agency
approved the agreement "Agreement Requesting Permitted Uses of Property"
by a vote of 3-1 (Toma no) and authorized the Mayor Pro Tern to execute the
agreement.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Pro Tern Sykes adjourned the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
