Mayor Pro Tern Sykes called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:40 p.m.
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert (arrived at 6:15 p.m.), Mayor Pro Tern Sykes
Councilmember Spence, Toma, (left at 6:20 p.m. and did not participate in
CalTrans discussion), Warshaw

Steve Weiss, Ken Jenkins and Chris Senton representing DriveTime
addressed the Council.

RECESS Mayor Herfert recessed the Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in order to
relocate to the Council Chambers to convene. the regular City Council
meeting.
The City Council reconvened the Special Meeting at 10:45 p.m. with all
members presented except Mayor Herfert.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Pro Tern Sykes adjourned the meeting at 12:05 a.m. (7/16/14)
