Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:35 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

RECESS Mayor Herfert recessed the special meeting at 6:05 p.m. in order to
relocate to the Council Chamber to conduct an open session special
meeting to discuss the 2014-2015 fiscal year budget.
The City Council reconvened to continue the special closed session
discussion at 8:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room with all
councilmembers present except for Mayor Herfert.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Pro Tern Sykes adjourned the meeting at 10:00 p.m.
