Mayor Herfert called to order the adjourned special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:35
p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at 6:40 p.m. to discuss the
following matter(s):

RECESS Mayor Herfert recessed the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in order for the City
Council to relocate to the Council Chambers to convene the regularly
scheduled City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m.
The adjourned special meeting reconvened at 11:15 p.m. in the City
Manager's Conference Room with all members present.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Herfert adjourned the meeting at 11:42 p.m.
