December 10, 2013
Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:35 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert, Mayor Pro Tern Sykes, Councilmembers Spence
(left at 7:30 p.m.), Toma, Warshaw
Others Present: Chung, Lee, McKay, Alvarez-Glasman, Nichols, S. Owens
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Lloyd Johnson Lloyd Johnson, West Covina resident, thanked the council for
calling the special meeting and requested them to stop the
litigation.
