Mayor Sanderson called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:15 p.m. in
the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West ,Covina.

Teleconferencing was in part to conduct this meeting and statutes of the Brown Act governing
teleconferencing were met and the following was included on the posted agenda.
