Mayor Pro Tem Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:17 p.m.
in the City Manager'§ Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Victor Jacobowitz Attorney Victor Jacbowitz, representing Sue William, addressed
her medical problems in support of her claim.
Matthew McNicholas Attorney Matthew McNicholas, addressed the Chung matter and
stated $850,000 settlement proposed by mediator was not
presented to City Council. Spoke of jury awards vs. settlements.

CLOSED SESSION Councilmember Hernandez did not participate in discussion
regarding Chung vs. City of West Covina or Anticipated Litigation
matter. Mayor Pro Tem Herfert commenced the closed session at
6:25 p.m. to discuss the following matters:
