Mayor Pro Tem Sanderson called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:22
p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Victor Jacobovitz, representing Chris Chung, addressed mediation
of the case and stated he hoped to resolve the case without
litigation.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Sanderson commenced the closed session at 5:27
p.m. to discuss the following matter:
