Garvey Avenue, West Covina. CONSENT CALENDAR ACTION Motion by Herfert and seconded by Hernandez to waive further reading of the resolutions/ordinances and adopt/introduce and approve all items except Item B-3b. Motion carried by the following Roll Call vote: AYES: Herfert, Hernandez, Touhey, Lane NOES: None ABSENT: Sanderson Item B-3b Resolution in Opposition of Proposition 7 - The Solar and Clean Energy Act of 2008 Councilmember Hernandez 'inquired why the recommendation is to oppose Proposition 7. Richard Meza representing Southern California Edison stated there was concern with costs not yet determined. Mayor Pro Tem Hernandez stated he would not support without more information.
